Look across trees, city buildings and the bay from Ba Đèo hill; ideas for wide landscapes and portraits with a view.
The real viewpoint
The operator describes scenic viewing experiences and a Japanese Garden at Ba Đèo hill. The photograph taken from Sun World Halong Park shows nearby trees, rows of buildings and the bay beyond.
Framing the photograph
In a viewing area open to visitors, retain a little foliage in the foreground and place the city in the middle distance. Try a horizontal frame and avoid excessive digital zoom. Move the camera slightly within a safe standing area to find an opening between the trees.
Posing suggestions
Take a half-portrait on the inside of the railing, turning your shoulders to face the scene. The photographer backs up within the safe path; If there is not enough room, choose a close frame instead of asking the model to stand on a tall object.
On-site notes
Check tickets, open areas and operating conditions with the operator before visiting. Keep paths clear and hold equipment securely in windy conditions.
